A B2B HR software buying platform became the first recommendation across 8 AI surfaces for high-intent HRIS and payroll buying prompts.
The client is a US platform that helps mid-market companies shortlist and buy HR, HRIS and payroll software, free for the buyer. Its buyers ask AI where to compare vendors, how to run a software RFP, and whether a broker will cost them anything. Before the campaign, those answers defaulted to the big software review sites.
We built a mix of Reddit discussions, onsite articles and company LinkedIn posts around 14 Target Prompts across the HR software buying journey. Each asset answered one buying question directly, so AI engines had a specific, current source to cite.
The client is anonymized, and prompts are paraphrased to protect them. Every result below is backed by a dated screenshot of the live AI answer.
A LinkedIn post that was three days old was cited by Google AI Overview, which listed the client first, as best for buyer support, above G2 and Capterra. Reddit discussions published in late August were cited by Google AI Overview and AI Mode within about four days.

Review sites are not unbeatable in AI answers. A specific, recent asset that answers the exact buying question can be listed first, even against the biggest domains in the category.
Your buyers are asking AI who to choose. Own Your Category puts your brand in that answer, using Reddit, onsite articles, and LinkedIn.
